5jljl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
Upon termination for cause, 5jljl may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 5jljl reserves the right to forfeit all or part of your account balance. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 5jljl support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 5jljl Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are residents of the Philippines agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
5jljl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
